Should the Dolphins use the third pick in the 2021 NFL Draft to take a quarterback?
Yesterday, all the Miami Dolphins had to do is win against the Buffalo Bills and that did not happen. The Dolphins did not have their star quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick available to come in and save them, as he tested positive for COVID-19, and was forced to miss the game.
The Dolphins had to lean on their first round pick to get a win, and Tua Tagovailoa did not play very well.
The Bills did not play their starting edge rushers and their star cornerback Tre’Davious White, and still found a way to dominate the Dolphins. It was a pitiful performance from the Dolphins and knocked them out of the playoffs.
The Bills went 6-0 in the AFC East for the first time ever and the Dolphins who are a very young team fell to the rising Bills.
My biggest question though, is the Dolphins landed the 3rd overall pick for Laremy Tunsil, which is a great opportunity to take a very solid player. There are some amazing quarterbacks in the 2021 NFL Draft, so my question is if a player like Trevor Lawrence or Justin Fields falls to them at three do they select him?
The Dolphins currently hold the 3rd and 18th pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
The Dolphins fans on Twitter have had enough of Tua and are ready to move on.
As an actual Dolphins fan, I speak for all of us when I say we don’t want Tua here. I think it serves us best to trade him and find a real QB that could actually lead us to a Super Bowl. Trade Tua he reeks. #TradeTua #tuasucks #tuascared #FinsUp

I’ve seen enough trade Tua and let’s get Justin Fields

Trade Tua while you can and build that roster. You have a top 5 pick from the Texans to get a QB

Dolphins need to trade up and get the #1 qb tua sucks https://t.co/RHQ4TDAipc

#TradeTua a small qb in the nfl is fine, but you have to be exceptional at something. Big arm? Quickness? I don’t see Tua with any of those traits. Don’t be fooled by a smaller college qb who has studs all around him.

Tua with a dazzling

@ian693 Tua’s time is up, I’ve seen enough already. Trade picks back to HOU for Watson, will send Tua with the picks.

Dear @MiamiDolphins get a QB. Tua is not and was never the answer. Trade the top 5 pick for Dak. The 1 mess up not taking Herbert. Signed life long fins fan.

This was the guy who everyone was saying Tank for Tua. Tua looked very mediocre, and has zero confidence. That is what happens when you pull him every game and put in Ryan Fitzpatrick. The rookie gunslinger finished his season with a QBR of 52.9, and threw 5 interceptions to 11 touchdowns. He had 1,814 yards but the Dolphins fans are not happy.
Yesterday, the Bills second string defense dominated the Dolphins and Tua. Dean Marlowe had two interceptions and Josh Norman had a pick six. Can Tua shake the lack of confidence and come back stronger, or is he ruined?
I want to know if Trevor Lawrence of Justin Fields is sitting there at #3, do you really take a wide receiver to help Tua or do you take a quarterback?
