Seahawks offensive lineman Chad Wheeler arrested for felony domestic violence
Chad Wheeler has been arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence, and was released yesterday from King County Jail on a 400,000 dollar bond.
Wheeler is a back-up offensive lineman who reportedly assaulted his girlfriend in Kent Washington on Saturday morning.
Wheeler has been ordered to stay away from the victim and to surrender all his weapons.
The police report states that they arrived to a call from a woman who was locked in the bathroom following a physical fight with her boyfriend. She claimed she was being “killed”.
The report is crazy. The victim says Wheeler wanted her to bow to him, and when she didn’t he began choking her until she lost conciousness, then Wheeler asked her how she was alive. At that point she ran to the bathroom and called the police.
Police found the victim and Wheeler together in the bathroom. The victim had a dislocated arm and was bleeding.
The report does state that Wheelers suffers from bi-polar disorder and has not been taking his medications.
