Friday FLEX of the Week: Salvon Ahmed/ RB/ Miami Dolphins
Salvon Ahmed just magically appeared last week as the Miami Dolphins featured RB. In Week 10, he had 21 carries for 85 yards with 1 TD. He added an additional 5 yards on 1 catch in the passing game but he did run the most routes out of all RBs on the roster last week. While Matt Breida returns he is coming off a hamstring injury and is viewed as a change of pace RB and not much else. Denver is seen as a nightmare matchup but they have loosened up against RBs after losing 2 starting defensive linemen. Ahmed has stepped as the opportunity has presented itself playing 46% of snaps in Week 9 and 76% of snaps in Week 10. And finally, the game script should be in his favor which means Miami should favor the run and not the pass against Denver.
