When will Eagles RB Miles Sanders return? Could this be the week?

The Philadelphia Eagles could use a boost in week 10. They play the Giants in week 10 and missing Miles Sanders has hurt the Eagles.
The second year back has had a pretty solid season. He is averaging 6.1 yards per carry, and has 434 rushing yards already this year. The knee injury though in week 6 was brutal. Sanders rested through the bye week and could potentially start this week.
If Miles Sanders can in fact play this week, it would give the Eagles a much needed boost. The Eagles are still sitting in front of the NFC East, but the Giants win last week inched them closer. The Eagles would need a win over the G-Men.
Sanders could be in for a huge second half of the season. He has some very favorable match-ups. He will face the Seahawks and Packers who both suck at stopping the run. He also has a game against the Cardinals who give up 126 yards a game on the ground.
This would be a much needed return for Miles Sanders. The Eagles need this win over the Giants. Our friends at the Fantasy Doctors provided this update a week ago. If Sanders can in fact return it could be a major boost for the Eagles and fantasy owners.
