Report: Tennessee Titans did in fact break NFL protocols (Photo Evidence)

The NFL has been investigating whether or not the Tennessee Titans broke COVID-19 virus protocol.
After several players on the Titans tested positive two weeks ago for the virus, the Titans facility was shut down. The players were advised to stay away from one another, to not work out with one another, and to stay quarantined.
According to Paul Kuharsky, the Titans players went out on their own and begin practicing in the field at a local private high school.
Paul’s website has photo evidence that the Titans players were in fact working out when they were supposed to be social distance thing and in quarantine.
A group of Titans worked out at Montgomery Bell Academy on Sept. 30 despite an NFL directive not to hold such get-togethers while team headquarters was closed because of a COVID-19 outbreak.
Keeping players apart would help assure they didn’t pass the coronavirus around and extend the window for transmission, though outdoor gathering are generally considered to be safe.
What will happen next? Could Titans forfeit? Could the NFL take a draft pick? It will be interesting to see how the league responds.
