Broncos running back Melvin Gordon was charged for DUI

Broncos running back Melvin Gordon had the best game of the year this past week going over 100 yards and how did he celebrate it? He was cited and charged for driving under the influence.
Gordon was also ticketed for speeding between 25 mph and 39 mph over the limit. He is expected in court at the Denver County Court on Friday, Nov. 13.
Cops say the running back was clocked doing 71 in a 35 MPH zone, and he was super drunk according to TMZ. The Cops said:
“Gordon’s speech was slurred, breath had a moderate odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage, balance was swaying, eyes were watery.”
Gordon was signed to two year contract worth 16 million dollars with the Denver Broncos. He had a nice 43 yard touchdown run against the Jets last week. The 27, year old running back is now likely facing a two to three game suspension if found guilty by the NFL.
