JUCO football player Dee’Arius Reese shot and killed after being shot for a second time in a month

You cannot make up this stuff. Young football players are getting shot and killed at an all-time high. In Ohio this past week, a former East High School football player who was shot during a game last month was killed in second shooting.
Dee’Arius Reese, 20, was found by Akron police with multiple gunshot wounds in an apartment complex and was pronounced dead on the scene.
Reece was the victim of a shooting back on September 17th as well. He was at a football game when he was shot in the arm.
Graduating in 2019, Reese played offensive and defensive line for East, making varsity all four years. He was on pace to play at a major college until his Mother passed away and set him back in the classroom.
Reese would however land at Junior College playing for Iowa Western Reivers. Reese was a stud in high school racking up tons of tackles and dominating his conference.
Please keep the Reese family in your prayers, this is such a sad loss. Football players are being killed at an all-time high. It needs to stop.
