Breaking: Browns are signing former Tulane defensive tackle Tanzel Smart to their Practice Squad

We are learning that defensive tackle Tanzel Smart is expected to sign with the Cleveland Browns practice squad. The former sixth round draft pick of the Los Angeles Rams was recently with the Buffalo Bills.
Smart is a dog, he is only a 6010, 300 pound defensive lineman, but the young man is a bull.
He worked with Aaron Donald and has a similar build.
He has 20 tackles and one PBU in his career. He reminds me a lot of former Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Kyle Williams. Smart is a Louisiana native and he was starting to become a hot commodity after being released by the Bills.
I know there were multiple teams calling him, but the Browns acted fast to ensure he was signed to their Practice Squad.
