Bills need to check out these five linebackers after week 1 injuries
The Buffalo Bills lost three linebackers this week to injury and will most definitely need to bring in some linebackers this week. I am not sure who they will bring in or how serious the injuries to Tremaine Edmunds or Matt Milano are, but there are some solid players that could be brought in as as a stop gap player. Let’s explore five free agent linebackers who make a ton of sense for the Bills.
Todd Davis – The 6010 linebacker formerly of Sacramento State has been a pretty solid player at the NFL level. he is just 28 years old but played at a very high level for the Broncos the last few years. He is easily one of the best linebackers on the market at this point. Bills would strike gold with his signing.
Nigel Bradham – The former Bills draft pick was recently with the New Orleans Saints. He is athletic and can play multiple positions. He a solid player for the Eagles in the past years before leaving them in free agency.
Ray Ray Armstrong – Ray Ray is an athletic freak from Sanford, Florida. You know who else is from Sanford? Gabriel Davis the Bills recent draft pick. Ray Ray is a physical linebacker who fits the mold of the Bills. He was a former defensive back at the University of Miami.
Jake Ryan – The former Packers draft pick is currently a free agent and would be a great addition to the Bills roster. The Packers selected him in the 2015 NFL Draft out of the University of Michigan. He has starting experience and over 213 tackles in his career.
Lorenzo Alexander – Will the Bills former Pro Bowler come out of retirement? We know the old man is itching to play and Sean McDermott loves him. Zo would be a great addition and would be willing to play any role to help the Bills win.
