Breaking: Titans are expected to work out former Supplemental Draft pick Adonis Alexander

We are learning that former Virginia Tech defensive back Adonis Alexander is working out with the Tennessee Titans this week.
Alexander was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL supplemental draft.
Adonis Alexander was most recently on the Los Angeles Rams roster. The 6030 cornerback from Charlotte, North Carolina had a hell of a career for Virginia Tech.
Alexander is not the fastest guy, he did run a 4.61 forty, but his versatility is key. He can play both safety and cornerback.
Adonis played in 34 games and started 15 for the Hokies. In those 34 games, he racked up 126 tackles and recorded 7 interceptions. I remember him as a prospect coming out of Mecklenburg County’s very own Independence High School. Adonis was a beast in high school and was rated as the number 28 player in the State.
The Titans also have linebacker Tuzar Skipper in for a workout this week. He too is a former big-time player from the Bronx, New York. The Titans could be looking for some guys on the practice squad at this point, but both have been on active rosters in the past.
