Did NDSU QB Trey Lance grow one inch and gain five pounds since last season?
North Dakota State University quarterback Trey Lance is the top-rated small-school player in the 2021 NFL Draft. He is only a redshirt Sophomore but the kid just has all the tools you need.
Today, Craig Haley of Hero Sports noticed something that is pretty big in evaluating quarterback Trey Lance. Most of the time, football teams list players a little bigger than they actually are on the team website. Well, Haley found out that Trey Lance is actually bigger than what he was listed.
According to the report, Lance is not a 6030 quarterback but now is a 6040 quarterback and he also gained five pounds from last season.
I know there is a lot to love about Lance, but this will help out the signal caller big time. NFL teams love to see size on quarterbacks and it seems like Lance has that, as long as those numbers are accurate.
