Louisiana High School star wide receiver Minnion Jackson shot and killed

Minnion Jackson definitely had a chance of going to play football at the collegiate level. The star wide receiver though will not get that chance, unfortunately.
On Wednesday night, the Green Oaks High school wide out was shot and killed in his car.
Jackson drove a teammate home and then was traveling on Interstate-220 when another car pulled up behind him and began to shoot at him.
The shooter reportedly drove towards Bossier City. Jackson was taken to Ochsner LSU Health but died from multiple gunshot wounds.
Last season, Jackson had a breakout year. He hauled in 52 recptions for 961 yards and score 8 touchdowns. He earned first team All-District and was heading into his senior year.
We ask that you please pray for Minnion’s family, friends and school at this time.
Crime Stoppers will pay a $2,000 minimum reward for information in this case.
Anyone with information on this shooting is urged to call Shreveport Police at (318) 673-6955 or Shreveport-Caddo Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373 or use the P3Tips app.
