Mississippi State WR Malik Heath was arrested for DUI


According to arrest records, Mississippi State wide receiver Malik Heath was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license, improper equipment, no insurance and driving more than 20 miles per hour over the speed limit.
This is not a good look for the young wide out. He was released on bond, and Mike Leach released this statement.
“We’re aware of the situation. We’re gathering more information from the proper authorities and don’t have further comment at this time.”
Heath is a JUCO kid that was a four star player according to 24/7 Sports. In 17 games for Copiah-Lincoln Community College he hauled in 61 receptions for 835 yards and 7 touchdowns.
