Tell us about your university/college. Did you participate in any other activities or campus organizations other than football?

The university I attend is the University of Central Arkansas. The university is a very peaceful and amazing campus. It’s located in Conway, Arkansas, a very small town but it’s loved all around the town. The people are caring and the fan base is amazing, one of the biggest supporters on this team.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?

My best quality is motivating and having a positive impact on the team. I’m a very quiet person but when needed, I’m always there to help.

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?

I see myself as one of the leaders on the team. A lot of coaches come to me and ask me how we can make the team better and also depend on me to keep the team under control. A lot of my teammates come to me for advice and especially the younger guys in my position group. Teammates from my position group always want help perfecting their craft.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?

Cole Mcdonald from Hawaii, One of the best quarterbacks I’ve played against, he’s very smart and reads the defense very well.

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?

To be completely honest I feel like everyone on the team impresses me, it’s like our team is never satisfied. We are always hungry and ready to get better everyday. Even with this pandemic going around everyone is working and I can’t for the season to start to see how far we can go. 

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.

It was in high school, and we were playing in the quarterfinal playoff game. That same day my grandpa died and it was hard to overcome.We were able to win the game, and I used that as motivation each day. So to this day I play for my grandpa and my family.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?

Other sports I would play are basketball, I’ve always wanted to play baseball but I never tried it.

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement?

I’m most proud of making it this far. It’s a blessing for me to do what I love each and every day. Just waking up and getting another chance to get my education and play football is a blessing for me.

Describe one of the most memorable plays of your collegiate career.

Winning the conference title was one of my memorable moments. Another one was when we were playing Sam Houston, it was in the fourth quarter, and we were up. They were passing the ball and Azuka, one of our defensive lineman got a sack fumble, and I recovered to seal the game for the victory.

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?

My favorite team is the Baltimore Ravens. I’ve been a fan since I was little. The player I model my game is Demarcus Ware.

Who is your favorite music artist? What gets you pumped before a game?

My favorite music artist is Moneybagg Yo, and when we are pre-game and everyone is hyped is what gets me pumped.

What is your favorite comfort food?

My favorite comfort food is a steak

Do you have a favorite movie or actor?

Hancock is my favorite Movie

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies? Any secret talents?

In my spare time, I like to go outdoors and play video games. I really like to be around people and have a good time.

Who or what motivates you the most?

My family mostly, just watching them accomplish so much and overcome so much motivates me.
