Florida Tech shuts down their football program for good because of COVID-19

Division 2 is losing a football program today. According to multiple sources, Florida Tech is closing down its football program because of COVID-19’s impact.
This is a huge loss because there are some talented players on their roster.
The only good thing about this is their coach Brian Vaughn is openly advocating to help their players. You do not see many coaches willing to do this anymore. I feel bad for Florida Tech because they have been pretty solid over the past couple of years.
Former Florida Tech linebacker J.T. Hassell signed a three-year undrafted free agent contract with the Cleveland Browns, and remains on their roster. Hassell joins Panther alumni Manny Abad (Titans) and Gabe Hughes (Dolphins) as the only players in program history to sign a UDFA contract with an NFL franchise.
This is a monstrous loss, please pray for the kids affected today.
