HBCU standout QB is transferring to the University of South Florida

Noah Johnson the former starting quarterback from Alcorn State is leaving the school after applying for a medical waiver.
Johnson announced tonight on Twitter that he is leaving Alcorn State for the University of South Florida.
Johnson a 6000, 200 pound dual quarterback is quite the addition for the Bulls. He reminds me a lot of Quinton Flowers their former quarterback.
The Tampa native was awarded a medical waiver and extra year of eligibility after suffering an elbow injury in the third game of the season last year. He’ll be available immediately.
Johnson was the 2018 SWAC Offensive player of the year and a finalist for the Conerly Trophy. He finishes top 10 in passing yards (4,018), touchdowns (30) and rushing yards (1,867) for the Braves.
