Tua looks amazing in his recovery, how quickly will he be drafted?

Yesterday, Tua Tagovailoa posted some videos on his Instagram account that really showed how quickly he is improving since injuring his hip last season for Alabama.
Former Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will reportedly give teams access to medical scans of his surgically repaired hip as he tries to impress NFL scouts ahead of next month’s draft.
“He’s moving really, really well,” Tagovailoa’s agent, Chris Cabott, told AL.com’s Mike Rodak. “He’s really turned the corner. To this point, we don’t have any medical concerns. Obviously in any given situation, it’s a day-by-day situation, but his road to return has not been interrupted.”
Tagovailoa will reportedly undergo his next round of scans in either Nashville, Tennessee; or Birmingham, Alabama, and he will provide the results to NFL team doctors who request them.
Here is a video that Tua posted on his IG account.
Legalbet is a site we use for prop bets and we recently found these odds that have Tua as the second best quarterback in the draft after Joe Burrow. He has better odds than both Oregon QB Justin Herbert and Utah State’s gunslinger Jordan Love.
Who will be the first quarterback taken after Joe Burrow?
Player | Odds |
---|---|
Tua Tagovailoa | -500 |
Justin Herbert | +350 |
Jordan Love | +1200 |
Field | +2000 |
There are also odds to see when Tua will be drafted. I would not be surprised if Tua gets drafted very early. The Bengals will likely take Joe Burrow, and the Redskins at 2 will likely take Chase Young. The Lions are in a perfect place to trade with someone. I could see a team trading up for their franchise quarterback, so keep at eye on Tua going third overall.
When will Tua be drafted?
Option | Odds |
---|---|
Third overall | +175 |
Fifth overall | +200 |
Second overall | +400 |
Fourth overall | +900 |
Sixth overall | +900 |
Field (any other pick) | +900 |
