Another North Dakota State player enters the NCAA Transfer Portal

A second North Dakota State football player has submitted his name in the NCAA transfer portal, although this one isn’t as high-profile as the first. Jabril Cox entered the portal last week, and already has teams like Alabama, Tennessee and LSU following him on Twitter.
NDSU Cornerback Terrell Hall, who redshirted last season, has entered his paperwork to the NCAA database.
Hall, from Winona, Minn., played in one game last season, which allows him to redshirt. He recorded one tackle against Western Illinois.
