Redskins will release CB Josh Norman

Josh Norman and the Redskins are done

According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Washington is releasing the veteran cornerback.

Norman’s release will save the Redskins $12.43 million in cap space.

Everyone knew the Redskins were going to move on from Norman, but some thought his relationship with Ron Rivera may change that.

Norman’s best work came in Carolina, where he was named a first-team All-Pro after the 2015 season.

Norman seems ready to move on and win a Championship.
