Eastern Kentucky linebacker Michael Harris powerslammed a police officer during an arrest.

Eastern Kentucky University redshirt sophomore football player Michael Harris, 19, from Atlanta, Ga. was arrested after body slamming a police officer in Ohio on Monday, Feb. 10 .

Harris was charged with two counts of resisting arrest (misdemeanor), two counts of obstruction of official business (misdemeanor), two counts of persistent disorderly conduct while intoxicated (misdemeanor), and three counts of assault on a police officer (felony), per ABC 6 News.

Three officers tried to subdue Harris, when Harris, who is 6’ 3” and 240 pounds, lifted one of the offices over his head and took him to the ground. The three were able to handcuff and subdue the man.

Harris is from Atlanta and is a former player for Auburn University who recently transferred to Eastern Kentucky University.
