One thing I took away from Coach Denson was not only trying to become a great athlete but also learning to become a better student, man, and role model for others.
When football is over, what do you aspire to do in the professional world?
I either want to get into coaching or starting my own business.
What separates you from other players at your position?
For my size I’m more athletic than most at my position and my work ethic is off the charts.
Who is the toughest player you’ve competed against during your collegiate career?
Jawaan Taylor.
Is there a current or former NFL player you emulate your game after?
Jurrell Casey or Derrick Nnadi.
Let’s take a trip back to the first day of your freshman year at Wilson Area High School. What advice would you give yourself then, knowing what you know now?
Take school seriously it will make your life a lot easier down the road.
If I’m in North Charleston on a Saturday night during the Fall, where is the one place I have to eat?
For a college student on a budget can never go wrong with Cook Out!
You’re in front of all 32 NFL General Managers and have 15 words or less to give them your pitch on why Jahid Beamon will be an asset to their organization for years to come. What do you tell them?
I would dominate the line of scrimmage and give my all to your organization every day.
