Diamond Talk: L’Liott Curry, WR, Henderson State | Puttin the #Reddies on his back
L’liott Curry is not a kid you are going to hear about via draftniks because it is hard to find his film. The kid is a transfer to Henderson State after spending three seasons at Central Oklahoma of the MIAA. He played in 26 games in his career before heading to Henderson State and let’s not lie, the kid is having a great year for the Reddies.
The 6020, 210 pound wide receiver had 56 receptions for 963 yards and 10 touchdowns before coming to Henderson State in three years. He averaged 16 yards per catch in his career before his transfer and his Sophomore season was one to remember. He started all 12 games and caught 32 passes for 600 yards and six touchdowns.
Well folks this year, L’Liott is beastin for the Reddies. He has 75 receptions, 1039 yards, and 13 touchdowns. That is more than he had his previous three years at Central Oklahoma.
What is the difference? I do not know but he has been a force for the Reddies. They are getting him the ball and he caught my eye. I love this kid, I am a fan and I feel he will shock teams. Remember his name! NFL teams already know it!
