We have been preaching for a long time that it is not hard to make the NFL if you work your butt off. I love undrafted guys and guys from small schools. I noticed this tweet from Warren McCarty the other day who posted a pretty interesting statistic when it comes to the NFL.
NFL Facts: 302 dudes in @NFL did NOT play D1 Football, which is 13% of the league.
— Warren McCarty (@warriorqbcoach) September 18, 2019
-195 played FCS
-67 played D2
-26 played D3 or Canadian College
-2 played only Juco
-12 never played college football#BELIEVE #STAYHUNGRY #WARRIOR
Did you read that correctly? 302 players are in the NFL who did not play Division 1 football. It does not matter what school you play at if you can play. This right here proves it. I am happy to showcase this tweet because it just goes to show how if you believe in yourself you can make it.
