Cincinnati DB Noah Hamlin arrested for felony fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer
The University of Cincinnati is dealing with a very talented player in hot water right now. Noah Hamlin the star cornerback of the Bearcats is in trouble after getting arrested for felony fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, misdemeanor driving under the influence, underage drinking, carrying a false identification card and failure to obey traffic control devices.
On his birthday, Hamlin reportedly refused to comply during a traffic stop and drove away. Once the Pittsburgh Police caught up with him he reached under his seat and did not comply when ordered out of his vehicle. A female was in the car as well and she had to be taken tot he hospital.
The 20 year old sophomore defensive back, agreed to give police a concentration breath sample and the lower of the two samples was .148. You are under the influence in the state of Pennsylvania if you blood alcohol level is over .02 percent.
