These three players deserve a much higher Madden Rating, they were robbed
Madden ratings have some players blowing up online like Keenan Allen and others smiling. Well, I was highly criticized for saying that Bobby Wagner was not a 99 in my opinion. I feel he is a stud but not worthy of a 99. I wanted to showcase three players that I feel are super underrated on the game. They were not given any justice for their play on the field and I feel it will change soon.
Alvin Kamara, RB, New Orleans Saints – Are you kidding me? The guy is a freak and a touchdown machine, yet he is rated as a 90 with guys like Le’Veon Bell and Kareem Hunt above him and neither of them played last season? I am sorry this is a bad move by EA Sports because he will likely be the top fantasy football running back in every league. That is a bad grade for a machine who can do it all.
Tre’davious White, CB, Buffalo Bills – Tre White did not make the top 15 for cornerback ratings. This is criminal especially after the season he had last year. Guys like Byron Jones who was suspect is rated a 91 when Tre White is mid 80’s. That is not right, and I feel it too was a huge mistake. I mean I am a Bills fan and no Bills player ever gets justice from Madden, but that is normal because they are always the joke of the league. I cannot wait until they start winning.
Darius Leonard, LB, Indianapolis Colts – He was rookie of the year, he missed a game and still lead the league in tackles by 20 plus. He was a freak and all over the place. He is rated as an 84 with guys like Demario Davis, Telvin Smith and Sean Lee above him. The crazy thing is Leighton Vander Esch has a better grade than him but he did not win Rookie of the Year. I guess I am missing something, but it was very clear Leonard is a fixture to stay in the NFL. Remember his name because he will be a stud going forward.
