As an athlete, what is your motivation?

My daughter, brothers and growing up not having much.

What defines success for you?

My daughter growing up better than I did.

What would your teammates say about the type of teammate you are?

A vocal and spiritual leader.

What are some of your personal “rules” that you never break?

Never go more than 3 days without working out and always give before receiving.

Who is the toughest player you’ve competed against during your collegiate career?

Cory Contini (WR – Ohio Dominican University – 2015-2018).

Who is the best player in the NFL?

Von Miller.

What is your team of choice on Madden, why?

Team of choice would be the Pittsburgh Steelers, because that’s where my father is from.

Failure is inevitable in life. How do you handle situations that don’t go in your favor?

My whole life things constantly haven’t went my way but I gotta play the hand I was dealt and keep working my time is coming.

Is there a current/former NFL player that you model your game after?

Ray Lewis/Ryan Shazier.

Knowing what you do now, what would you go back and tell yourself as a High-School Freshman?

Don’t let things you can’t control stop you from doing what’s best for yourself.

What is your go-to restaurant near campus?

I would have to say Swensons.

If your life was a book, what would its title be?

“The Rose From The Concrete; That Somehow Grew.”

What song or artist do you like but rarely admit to liking?

Can get down to some Red Hot Chili Peppers and Luke Combs.

If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, living or deceased, who would it be and why?

My grandmother, because we have some conversations and laughs we need to catch up on.

Forty-years from now, what do you want to be remembered for?

A wonderful father, being a Zanesville Blue Devil and a hard hitting linebacker.

A diamond in the rough, my grit and tenacity sets me apart from most.
