Police cut Robert Nkemdiche a break by not testing white powdery substance found
Robert Nkemdiche the Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman was arrested recently for driving on a suspended license and failing to appear in court for a hearing, but he was cut a huge break when police busted him.
According to the USA Today, police found an impounded a small, metal credit card case that had a white powdery substance, consistent with cocaine. Nkemdiche said it was likely a bathroom cleaning product.
Based on the circumstances, the police decided to not pursue the testing of the credit card holder in lieu of impeding the item for distruction with Nkemdiche’s consent.
Police impounded his vehicle as well after they found drug paraphernalia.
