Kellen Winslow Jr. will be retried for 8 counts including rape and exposing himself

Kellen Winslow Jr. is facing up to LIFE in prison for 12 different counts including three rape charges.

Kellen Winslow Jr. had the world by the balls, and now he could face the rest of his life in prison. According to TMZ Sports, he will be retried on the 8 remaining counts that weren’t decided by the jury in his rape case.

The former ex-NFL star was convicted of 3 of the 12 total charges, including 1 charge of felony forcible rape. He was found not guilty of 1 count of lewd conduct.

But, the jury deadlocked on the 8 remaining charges stemming from allegations he raped 2 additional women and exposed his genitals to 2 others.

Now, prosecutors will go after Winslow Jr. again.

The Jury selection is expected to begin in September, according to the report.

Winslow is facing up to 9 years in prison after being found guilty of the first three charges but if he’s found guilty of the rest of the charges against him, he could face up to LIFE in prison.
