Coastal Carolina starting safety arrested on domestic violence charges

Jave Brown the starting safety of the Chanticleers was arrested on a charge of second-degree domestic violence. He is one of several players to put his paperwork in the NCAA Transfer Portal to leave the program.
The incident reportedly happened on Sunday in Conway, South Carolina.
Brown was released on 5,000 dollars bond. This will not help his transfer, but he is a good enough player to find a new home.
