Former Delaware linebacker was shot and killed in Baltimore
One of my favorite players ever in college football lost his life last night in Baltimore, Maryland.
Former Delaware linebacker David Mackall was just 28 years old, had two amazing sons, and will not be able to play with them another day because he lost his life to a cowardly action yesterday.
Mackall Jr. played at Delaware and Maryland and died of a fatal shooting in Walbrook, an neighborhood in the city’s western district.
He finished his career of football in 2013 with Delaware and spent some time with the Ravens. I ask that you please lift up my friend David and his children in prayer. This is such a horrible act.
