Yes, my music stays on shuffle so whatever song comes on is what I usually listen to.

Do you have any superstitions before a game? If so, what are they?

I used to, but this past season I understood that superstitions bring fear and fear comes from not being prepared.

Who is your role model & why?

My role model would have to be Tarik Cohen, he beat all odds against him and continues to prove to people that size and height don’t matter as long as you can ball.

While in College, what has been your favorite & least favorite class?

My favorite class was my acting class, my least favorite would have to be any math class that I took.

What made you choose North Carolina A&T?

They were first to offer. And it’s truly a family atmosphere here.

Outside of Football, what has been your favorite experience while in College?

The best experience outside of football was getting my degree in Journalism and Mass Communications.

Growing up, who was your favorite NFL Team & NFL player, & why?

My favorite NFL player is Antonio Brown.

I would be in the Avengers movies and I would be the black Tony Stark (Iron Man).

  1. Bill Gates.
  2. Warren Buffet.
  3. Mark Zuckerberg.

If you could meet any historical figure, who would you choose & why?

Albert Einstein, so that I could pick his brain of intelligence.

Who is your favorite superhero & why?

Iron Man, he’s so incredibly smart and powerful with all of his inventions. As well as very wealthy!

What is your definition of hard work?

My definition of hard work is constantly going above and beyond to perfect perfection.

What is the most unexpected lesson you learned while in College?

That you must learn to become uncomfortable and step out of your comfort zone to be great.

What is something you wish you could go back & tell yourself as a High School Freshman?

Play with a sense of purpose and have a killer mentality.

Why do you wear #88?

The number the coaching staff gave me, so I rocked it.

What is the best part of your hometown, Burlington, NC?

That not many have made it out so I have a chance to be a part of few who make it on the professional level.

Who do you choose: Jordan, LeBron, Steph or Kobe? Why?

Kobe Bryant, he has a killer mentality every time he steps on the court, and even off the court. He wants to be perfect!

Are you a PS4 or Xbox One guy? What games are you playing right now?

I’m an Xbox guy, but here recently I just got a PS4 so I’m content with it. But, during my free time I’m playing the new Black ops 4, Fortnite, 2K19 and GTAV (add me on PS4 – MalikWilson_ ).

Becoming an All-American, something I dreamed of when I first stepped foot in Campus.

  1. Fast.
  2. Quick.
  3. Smart.

What is your inspiration?

To be able to make an NFL team and have a successful career as well as give back.

What current/former NFL player do you compare yourself to?

Steve Smith, he came into the NFL as a special teams guy and many doubted his play at wide receiver but he pushed and proved doubters wrong. I feel I’m in the same boat. A fast guy as a kick returner, but despite the All-American title, can he play wide receiver? And the answer is Yes. Give me a chance!
