Tell us about your hometown, and what you love most about it?

• Hometown North Minneapolis is where I grew up from most of my childhood. What I love most about it is the experiences that I went through that made me who I am today. 

List these three in order of importance and why: Film Study, Strength and Conditioning and Practice?

• Practice, film study, and strength and conditioning

What do you worry about, and why?

• I worry about not being the best role model I can be,because I want to give a great example for my siblings.

Give me an example of when you failed at something. How did you react and how did you overcome failure?

• I failed because I lost touch with god during my dark times. I found myself lost and alone, but then I realized even through your worst times he is always there. To this day I lived through him, and over came many obstacles in my life.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?

• Quickness is definitely one of my top qualities as an athlete; being able to create space and having the ability to make people miss.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?

• RB for Augustana C.J.Ham and currently a Vikings player.

What would your career be if you couldn’t play football?

• Becoming a Fireman or owning my own gym

Room, desk and car – which do you clean first?

• Room because that’s where I lay my head every night.

If there was a disaster and you could either save three strangers or one family member, which would you choose and why?

• I would pick one of my family members, because my family means the world to me. I would regret it if I didn’t.

If you could be any television or movie character, who would you be and why?

• Will Smith in the movie (Focus). I chose this character,not because he was a con artist but that he was a risk taker. Will Smith’s character was always one step ahead of everybody, and that’s how I see myself.

Tell me about your biggest adversity in life and how you’ve dealt with or overcome it?

• At a young age I had to grow up fast and become a man as a kid. We lived through poverty through most of my life. To overcome that was achallenged, but didn’t stop me from being me today.

What is your most embarrassing moment?

• First time cutting my own hair in 7th Grade. I tried to cut a brush fade and I ended up bald.

What was the most memorable play of your collegiate career?

• A senior year late in the fourth quarter down by a couple verses Wayne State. I was at slot, the quarter back was in trouble he looks to the middle throws to me and it tipped off the defenders hands into my one hand catch for the touchdown.

What song best describes your work ethic?

• Can’t be broken by Lil Wayne Carter V

What is the most important trait you can have (Physical or Non-Physical) to help you succeed at the next level?

• Just being football smart, and knowing how to break down offenses and defenses.

If you could bring one person back from the dead for one day, who would it be and why?

• If I could bring one person back It would definitely be my grandma AKA Nana, and to hear her say how proud she is.

If you were to open a dance club, what would you name it?

• Aaron Rogers

Would you rather be liked or respected, and why?

•  Having respect is more important then be liked. You come across a lot of people that you don’t like but you have to respect them, because that shows character.

What player who had his career derailed by off-field issues do you feel for the most and why?

• Kareem Hunt. Do I feel that he should be punished? Yes being suspended for a couple of games not being kicked out of the NFL completely. Stories like this happen all the time and I feel like the press focuses on only professional athletes not other occupations.

Do you love to win, or hate to lose?

• Hate to lose

Who has been the biggest influence on your life and explain why?

The biggest influence in my life is my mom. My mom has went through a lot of adversity, and still always bounces back from it. Through out the ups and downs in her life she has always managed to look out for my best interests.
