Who is your role model, and why?

My role model is my Father, Dennis Eaton the man who taught me what being a true man is. He molded me to be a God fearing man, who works hard no matter what. I watched how he carried his self when faced with adversity and how no matter the situation he always told me never give up. How he loves and cares for me and my family unconditionally and teaches me on a constant bases how to never be satisfied with mediocrity, to never get complacent but to always Go HARD at everything no matter what it is.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

I would compare my game to “Julio Jones” reason I chose Julio is because he is Consistent, Fast & Physical. Dominates his opponents from whistle to whistle, and goes hard every play. Also he is a smart player he knows the game, his routes are efficient and he finds a way to win!!!

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

The biggest obstacle I faced in my life was being diagnosed with Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Cancer my freshman year spring of 2013. This news hit my family, friends and myself hard. When my father broke the news to me we got a clear understanding that we will over come this obstacle together. With the help of M.D Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and endless love, prayers and support from my family and friends and the community I was blessed to make it through this storm. When I learned how to stand firm in my Faith.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

Run to the 23 yard line and take a knee before warm-ups. I Changed my number to 23 for my senior season in honer of a childhood friend who was gunned down in December of 2015. He was killed at 23 years old, I changed my number so 23 will never die but forever live through me on the field.

What was the most memorable play of your collegiate career?

First game of my senior season against Louisiana College in Pineville, Louisiana. My whole family is in the stands after being hit by Hurricane Harvey a week prior and even more family from Louisiana was there. I made it a mission to show out! Trailing in the game and needing a score before half I was thrown a 64 yard touchdown on a post route. What made it so memorable was the fact that we were the visiting team, so to hear their fans get silent and to hear my family cheering and screaming put a sense of pride in my heart. Showing that no matter what is going on I can bring joy to their faces in critical times.

What is the coolest thing you ever did off the field for someone else?

Coolest thing I have done off the field is when David Quessenberry the Offensive Tackle for the Houston Texans was diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer I messaged him on Instagram to encourage him and let him know we are in this together. He messaged me back and we shared a few words of encouragement while also sharing to each other that we are both grinding to get back on the field. I found that pretty cool to be able to relate and be able to inspire someone else along their cancer journey.

Who was your favorite NFL team growing up?

New Orleans Saints

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

The 3 people I would like to have dinner with are all deceased. My Grandfather Micheal Eaton, My Uncle Ray and My childhood friend T.Vann.
