Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?
I went and talk with kindergarten kids.
What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?
Chemistry
Where are you from?
Montgomery, Alabama
Who is your role model, and why?
My mom. She was the strongest single mom I know raising all boys by herself !
Did you play any other sports growing up?
Basketball, ran track
Did you play any other positions in football?
No
At your position, what separates you from others?
I’m not afraid to get in on the play and throw myself in the fire, my read and react time is pretty quick.
When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?
As a corner I look for the WR body language, stance, breaks and as a safety I read the QB motion, signals, if his feet or staggered or not?

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
Tyrann Mathieu
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
Not being able to got to wake forest because they didn’t accept 2 of my high school classes and I over came it by not giving up and sticking with the dream of playing ball.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
I would just always be to myself listening to music getting a feel for the grass or turf
What is your biggest strength?
Attacking the ball and all cost
What is your biggest weakness?
Technique when I get winded tired.
If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?
Many people think I may not be the right size to play in the NFL but I think other wise. I’ve started all but 5 games out of my whole career (JUCO included), I’m very physical. As a corner I play press man coverage very well and can run with and guard any receiver I’m put up against, I’m very coachable and it wouldn’t be a decision he regrets to sign me because I’m going to give everything I got. Ans I love competition
Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?
My favorite player growing up was LT Tomlinson.
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?
Granny, Sean Taylor, Primetime
What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?
Buy my move a fully furnished house wherever she wants to live.
