Vikings offensive coordinator Norv Turner has resigned
Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator Norv Turner has resigned from the NFL.
The team announced Wednesday that Pat Shurmur is taking over as interim offensive coordinator. Shurmur was in his first year as the tight ends coach in Minnesota. He previously served as Philadelphia’s offensive coordinator when current Vikings quarterback Sam Bradford was there last year.
The Vikings have lost their last two games after starting the season 5-0.
