What is your position?
Running back, Slot receiver, and Punt/kick return
Where do you play college football?
I play college football at Cincinnati Christian University
Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?
Going into some middle and high schools where I’m from and sharing my experiences and talking with the youth about life and how they should never sell theirselves short of their goals and dreams.
What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?
Macroeconomic
Where are you from?
New Orleans, Louisiana
Who is your role model, and why?
I would have to say my dad John Frost is my role model for his success in life as an individual with his work ethic patients to grind and remain humble and hungry for more success . I pride myself in being well rounded as a person for those exact reasons.
Did you play any other sports growing up?
I played basketball from 7th grade to my 10th grade year and I did track & field from 6th grade up to my 11th grade year. Been apart of 2 state championship in high school for track
Did you play any other positions in football?
I played Defensive Back from my 7th grade year all the way up to my first year in college at Mississippi College
At your position, what separates you from others?
The full package in terms of completion by being able to bring a more define understanding of the game into perfection with the desire to compete at the highest level being a work horse.
When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?
When I break down film, I’m checking to see if the defensive ends are pinching or are they rushing straight up the field to contain and how active are they interior guys laterally. I then check to see if the over hang guys/apex are attacking the run or are they going in coverage with the number 2-3 Receiver also what are their triggers to start and show pressures then check out player tendencies…etc

Odell Beckham Jr, Isidore Newman high school, currently New York Giant
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
Darren Sproles because of the versatility, explosiveness and value he brings into each facet of the game. His ability to affect the productivity for an offense is second to none but not only on offense but the way he can change the game on special teams as well.
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
My biggest obstacle in life was going through the Junior college struggle, moving from house to house not knowing where you going to lay your head at night and still trying to maintain school and football. I overcame those obstacles by praying to God every night and being thankful that I have the opportunity to be doing what I love doing and staying focused on my goals and dreams.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
To call my mom and son and tell them I love before I head out to the field
What is your biggest strength?
My biggest strength would have to be my explosiveness and My attention to detail and approach to preparing my mind & body for competition year round
What is your biggest weakness?
My biggest weakness, I would say my size…
If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?
A maker of a person who is always willing to help push other to their full potential, pushing passion into smiling warmly when those things come to fruition; which eclipses his successes past and those to come.
Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?
My favorite player would be Emmitt Smith he is a very exciting player to watch I wish I was older to see him play
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?
I would buy my parents a condo wherever they want to be.
