Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?
Volunteering at an elementary school reading to young kids and telling them about the importance of just being yourself and working hard.

My Grandmother and her work ethic

At your position, what separates you from others?
Attention to detail and passion for my craft
When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?
When I watch an opposing team; my opponents tendencies(aggressiveness, patience, and ability to disguise coverage) and weaknesses (footwork, eye focus, and ball skills). When I watch myself any bad habits that need to be broken and the small things, such as foot placement to get in and out of breaks.
Who was the toughest player you ever faced?
Tre Jones, Defensive Back (my old teammate at Mount Union)
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
Stefon Diggs; chip on the shoulder, play making ability, and competitiveness
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
My older brother having autism was hard for me growing up, so I try to play for him and the others who aren’t as fortunate
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
Prayer over the phone with my grandmother , music and A shower.
What is your biggest strength?
Football IQ; being a real student of the game and understanding how to exploit my opponent’s weak points.
What is your biggest weakness?
Most of my production came on safeties in space, have to prove I can get off NFL DBs press coverage
If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?
You’ve never met a competitor like me, give me one opportunity and I’ll make the most of it.

Amari Cooper, Carolina Panthers
