Ravens will sign WR Devin Hester; Could also re-sign Justin Forsett
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Ravens are signing WR/KR Devin Hester to a one-year deal. The 33-year-old has never been a big contributor on offense and wasn’t even targeted in his five games for Atlanta last season. The four-time Pro Bowler holds the all-time record with 21 combined kickoff and punt return touchdowns.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports it’s “definitely possible” the Ravens re-sign free agent Justin Forsett.
The 30-year-old journeyman that found a home in Baltimore in 2014 with a Pro Bowl season that included 1,529 yards from scrimmage. Whether Forsett returns to the team or not, all those folks that took West in their fantasy drafts should be thrilled. He is looking like the team’s Week 1 starter.
