Texans head coach believes Jadeveon Clowney gets better every day
Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien was asked on Thursday about Jadeveon Clowney’s progress and the coach seemed to be very happy with his progress.
“[Jadeveon] Clowney’s been out here every day practicing hard,” coach Bill O’Brien told reporters on Thursday, via comments circulated by the team. “He’s a guy that’s gotten better. He understands our system, he understands the scheme, and he understands his role in it. I think he’s added a couple of pass rush moves. He’s getting better every day.”
Clowney has not been a Khalil Mack, but to his credit he cannot beat the injury bug. Clowney was a freak in college, but has yet to do anything in the NFL yet. Hopefully this will be his season.
