Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis says he is not ready to move to safety but understands he will eventually
New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis is known as the best cornerback in the NFL and maybe the best over the past decade, but the Jets corner knows eventually he will slow down.
Just like Charles Woodson, Revis is not upset if he is moved to safety, but admits he is not quite ready to make that move.
“There will probably be conversations in the future about maybe moving my position to safety,” Revis said on the “Boomer and Carton Show” on Thursday (h/t NJ.com). “But as of right now, I still feel I can play at a high level, and play the cornerback position at a high level.”
