Colts waive-injured rookie safety Andrew Williamson
Today the Colts waived rookie safety Andrew Williamson who was injured. He could revert back to the I/R if he clears waivers.
He signed with the Colts as an undrafted free agent on May 2, 2016. He played in 47 games (19 starts) at Vanderbilt and compiled 135 tackles (85 solo), 1.0 sack, 6.0 tackles for loss, eight passes defensed, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and one interception. In 2015, Williamson contributed with 41 tackles (28 solo), 1.0 sack, four passes defensed and one forced fumble as a senior.
