Eagles have hired legendary safety Brian Dawkins as a scout

Brian Dawkins is back in the NFL. No he is not playing, but he is recruiting talent.
The former All-Pro safety has been hired as a Philadelphia Eagles scout, according to a report. The eight-time Pro Bowlers and team Hall of Fame members joins the operation under the Dawkins Nunn-Wooten Scouting Fellowship, a brand-new effort to introduce former players to scouting.
The Eagles list 20 members of their scouting department, none of whom are former Eagles players. Dawkins joins as the only one, and he arrives with an impressive resume.
