NFL makes rule to ban James Jones hoodie; but he is not even on a team
The NFL is announcing rule changes for the 2016 season, and one of the rules they changed focuses on a player who is not even on a team right now. Yep, James Jones will not be able to wear a hoodie anymore under his jersey, according to Mike Pereira.
Players may not wear exposed undergarments with an exposed hood hanging outside the collar of the jersey. Hello Green Bay.
