LeCharles Bentley is suing “Biggest Loser” for jacking his logo
Former Cleveland Browns offensive lineman LeCharles Bentley is reportedly suing NBC’s hit weight loss show “The Biggest Loser.” Bentley is accusing the show of ripping off his personal logo, per TMZ.
“Bentley says he sent a cease and desist letter, which was ignored … so now he’s suing NBC Universal and the producers for trademark infringement. He wants the logo changed, and a cut of the revenue ‘Loser’ made while using the new one,” per TMZ.
