Browns infamous QB jersey is being retired in Cleveland

The owner of the infamous Browns jersey with a list of like 20 quarterbacks names is officially being retired.
Tim Brokaw, the head of Cleveland advertising agency Brokaw Inc. and the creator and owner of the jersey, wrote in an email to ESPN that it’s high time to end the “negative energy” that has long plagued Cleveland pro sports.
The announcement came from Brokaw via social media.
