Trent Richardson was given a shot with the Baltimore Ravens and while John Harbaugh knew it would take some conditioning, Harbaugh feels T-Rich still has work to do.
“I think the workload and the amount of work it takes to be a world-class conditioned athlete is something that he’s working on right now,” Harbaugh told ESPN.com. “That’s what he needs to understand, and that’s where he needs to get himself.”
Richardson has been a bust since the Browns drafted him third overall in 2012, averaging just 3.3 yards per carry. He’s trying to catch on with his third team after disappointing stints with the Browns and Colts.
Richardson still has to come a long ways to make this team. He obviously is getting a shot. That is a great thing.
