#Jaguars rookie Jalen Ramsey will need surgery; Could be back before week 1

Jalen Ramsey suffered a small meniscus tear in his knee during rookie minicamp, and could miss the entire preseason.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter the Jaguars first-round draft pick is likely to need surgery but is expected to be available for Week 1 against the Green Bay Packers.
He’s going to be meeting with world renowned surgeon Dr. James Andrews this week.
That didn’t keep the Jaguars from signing the 6-foot-2, 209-pound cornerback to a four-year deal worth $23.3 million with a $15.1 million signing bonus. The Jaguars did the same thing last year with first-round pick Dante Fowler Jr., signing him to his rookie contract days after Fowler tore his left ACL during rookie minicamp. Fowler missed the entire season.
