The Philadelphia Eagles have signed another Buffalo Bills player. According to Adam Caplan, the Eagles signed tight end M.J. McFarland and LB Ty Powell. The team waived QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson and OL Brett Boyko.

Ty Powell played college football for Harding, and is a very solid outside backer and special teams player. The former Bills linebacker has knowledge of Jim Schwartz’ wide 9 scheme.
