Falcons will work out DE Dwight Freeney next week if he leaves Cincy without a deal
Dwight Freeney is one of the best pass rushers currently available and the market for Freeney is starting to get warm. According to Adam Schefter, Freeney is in Cincinnati today for a visit with the Bengals. He is expected to take a physical as well.
Former Cardinals OLB Dwight Freeney is visiting and taking a physical with the Cincinnati Bengals today, per source.
If Freeney does not sign with the Bengals he will visit the Falcons next. Jim Trotter of ESPN reports that Freeney told him that he expects to visit with the Falcons next week. Freeney had eight sacks in 11 games after signing with the Cardinals during the 2015 season.
