Colts have signed CB Frankie Williams; Released T Davante Harris

Today the Indianapolis Colts signed cornerback Frankie Williams. Williams was originally scheduled to sign with the Bengals but the team did not sign him because of a medical concern.

Well the Colts did not see a medical concern and invited him for a mini camp tryout. Williams killed it and earned a contract.
